Hello, friends! Have you heard about the Victoria’s Secret Sport line, or am I the only one who’s late to the game? Either way, I’ve finally caught up, and I’m glad I did.
Each week, I take a variety of fitness classes, ranging from barre and Pilates to Zumba and boxing. One of the most important elements of a good sports bra to me is not having to worry about spillage, side boob, back flab, and PAIN in high intensity workouts, which I do most often.
Enter the Victoria’s Secret Sport Angel bra, a medium impact sports bra that has thin racerback straps and still keeps things in place, even if you’re larger chested (I’m a 34D). The memory foam conforms to your shape and there’s an underwire for additional support.
To test the bra out, I did some Zumba as well as a 15 minute strength training session.
- Good amount of support
- Easy to put on/take off
- Stays in place for the most part
- Comes in a variety of cute colors
- Not suitable for very high intensity workouts
- Straps are not adjustable
So, there ya have it. I will definitely be sporting this bra at a yoga, Pilates, or other strength training class, but I’ll have to keep it in the drawer for things like Zumba, kickboxing, and running. This may vary based on your desired level of compression and support, of course, so I urge you to give it a try as it is a very comfortable, well-made sports bra. I have always preferred a tighter fit but minimal material, and the angel bra shocked me by offering both. It didn’t shift, my boobs didn’t pop out all over the place, and I felt good about myself throughout my workout. When these factors align, I find myself especially satisfied after a sweat sesh.
Have you guys tried any of the Victoria’s Secret Sport bras in the line? I’m excited to try out the others, especially the maximum support ones! Looking at their website, I can see that there is an ENORMOUS selection to choose from, and of course, in true Victoria’s Secret fashion, they’re all cute and come in a variety of colors and styles.
